To make a booking we ask you to fill in the reservation form
| We
will send you a confirmation of your reservation by email. After
reception of this confirmation a Booking Deposit of 30% has to be paid
within one week. |

| The
rest of the amount has to be paid at the latest 6 weeks before arrival.
Please also submit a Contingency Deposit of € 150,- against
unforseen costs like breakages, damage of goods or furniture or cleaning
if necessary. This deposit will be refunded by bank within 48 hours of
departure and after an inventory has been made. All transaction costs of
the bank are at your expense |

| If your reservation is within 6 weeks of your arrival, the full amount is required at time of booking. |
| The
gites are available from 4:00 p.m. the day of arrival and must be
cleaned and vacated at 10:00 a.m. the day of departure. We presume you will clean the gite. If this is not the case we will charge you 40,- € per gite for cleaning-costs |

| Cancellation
charges: In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival you
will be charged for the Booking Deposit of 30%. In case of cancellation
less than 6 weeks the charge will be the total amount of the rental. The
Contingency Deposit of € 150,- will be refunded. We will, however,
try to re-let the property and make you a refund of any amount paid. |

| We advise the clients to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a Cancellation Clause. |
